We founded George Road Partners to buy and build businesses the right way - where employees are treated with respect and provided opportunities to grow, where sellers know that their legacy will be preserved and protected, and where we collectively are investing and building for the long-term.

About Us

Andy Morrow, Founder

Andy is thrilled to join his brother and best friend Will as business partners. Prior to launching George Road Partners, Andy held strategy, business operations, and marketing roles at Edwards Lifesciences (a MedTech leader in structural heart and critical care technologies), at Amazon, and at National Veterinary Associates. These companies engrained the importance of putting the needs of patients & customers first in building high-performing cultures. Andy started his career as a consultant.

Andy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California. In addition, Andy is a CFA Charterholder. In his free time, he loves golfing, skiing, hiking, and surfing.

Will Morrow, Co-Founder

In addition to being the Co-Founder of George Road Partners, Will is a Senior Vice President at Green Street Advisors – the leading global commercial real estate research & analytics firm. He is the firm’s top sales producer having closed hundreds of new business deals in his 10-year career. Additionally, Will opened Green Street’s NYC office which now has 40 team members and contributed to three successful recapitalizations of the company by financial sponsors. He started his career as a consultant at MarketShare.

Will holds a business degree from the University of Southern California where he and Andy were roommates. Will lives with his fiancé Chloe in NYC and loves all sports, cooking and the great outdoors

Behind our name

The name George Road Partners plays homage to both a place and a person.

The greatest gift our parents provided us was a loving and stable home – one that happens to be on George Road and has been our home for over three decades. We seek to provide the same sense of long-term stability to our team members, customers, and partners as our family home has provided to us.

The “George” in George Road also honors our grandfather who emigrated from Ireland with his family and reminds us of where we come from and the values of humility, hard work, and hope that he and so many of the others who moved to America in search of a better life have embodied.
